Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Communicating clearly and professionally
  • Meeting identified goals

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required
  • SQL and Windows platform experience
  • Customer support experience
  • Client-focused and ability to understand expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Available to work 3 pm - 12 am CST Shift
