Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitor and investigate technical support tickets
  • Interact with customers via video and phone meetings
  • Provide product feedback from customers to the engineering teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent problem solving, public speaking, and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn the various products offered by Bbot and the components involved in supporting a customer
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to adapt as processes are changed and honed over time
  • At least 1 year of customer management experience in B2B SaaS
