Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor and investigate technical support tickets
- Interact with customers via video and phone meetings
- Provide product feedback from customers to the engineering teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent problem solving, public speaking, and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn the various products offered by Bbot and the components involved in supporting a customer
- Demonstrate critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt as processes are changed and honed over time
- At least 1 year of customer management experience in B2B SaaS
