Job Summary
A web hosting company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and solve errors for content management systems including, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc
- Troubleshoot why a website is slow or not loading
- Work with cPanel scripts to tweak settings or fix accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work one fo the following EST schedules: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM; 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM. or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- Demonstrated advanced cPanel web hosting and server administration experience
- Experience working in the web hosting industry
- Proven excellent SSH and command-line skills
- Knowledge of DNS
- Knowledge of Mod_Security, PHP applications, Web Errors, Email Errors, CSF, CloudLinux, etc
