Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Assist with capturing appropriate data
- Monitor and investigate technical support tickets
- Maintain proper documentation on ever-evolving systems
Position Requirements Include:

- At least 1 year of customer management experience in B2B SaaS
