Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with account managers or sales teams to identify opportunities for existing customers to grow their existing account
- Providing positive support & guidance to marketers, salespeople, and service professionals across our customer base
- Showing composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volume changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Are an expert at learning software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with assisting customers via email or live chat, and passionate about the customer experience
