Job Summary
A business services firm has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Diagnosing customers' technical problems with telephone services
- Troubleshooting customers' technical problems with internet services
- Creating and notating service tickets for each call
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules
- Knowledge of tablet, smartphone, laptop and desktop functionality
- High school diploma or general education degree; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
- Ability to remain courteous and patient during all customer transactions
