Job Summary

A business services firm has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Diagnosing customers' technical problems with telephone services
  • Troubleshooting customers' technical problems with internet services
  • Creating and notating service tickets for each call

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules
  • Knowledge of tablet, smartphone, laptop and desktop functionality
  • High school diploma or general education degree; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
  • Ability to remain courteous and patient during all customer transactions
