Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering support tickets, emails, live-chats, and phone calls from annotation platform users
  • Writing and updating documentation in the annotation platform Self-Service Center
  • Participating in Support Rotation Coverage

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role for a SaaS platform
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include early or late shifts
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and API support
  • Highly committed, flexible, productive and team-oriented
  • Willingness to dive into the Appen Data Annotation Platform and become the subject matter expert
