Job Summary
A software company specializing in solutions for the manufacturing industry has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serves as a SME in at least one workstream
- Maintain the ability to proficiently solve cases within more than one workstream
- Create Knowledge Management articles
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering (or similar) or equivalent overall work experience
- Minimum of 3 years within Plex Support Services OR a previous minimum of 5 years within a highly technical support service environment
- 3-5 years of experience using or supporting an ERP/MRP system
- Effective Communication (written and verbal) skills
- Empathy
- Logical and critical thinking
