Job Summary

A software company specializing in solutions for the manufacturing industry has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serves as a SME in at least one workstream
  • Maintain the ability to proficiently solve cases within more than one workstream
  • Create Knowledge Management articles

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering (or similar) or equivalent overall work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years within Plex Support Services OR a previous minimum of 5 years within a highly technical support service environment
  • 3-5 years of experience using or supporting an ERP/MRP system
  • Effective Communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Empathy
  • Logical and critical thinking
