Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing technical support for technical and non-technical users of the company's app and its infrastructure
- Collaborating with customer IT teams and internal customer-facing and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Documenting, triaging, resolving, and escalating support cases promptly according to SLAs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience providing enthusiastic and empathetic technical support and customer service
- Experience supporting software as a service (SaaS)
- 1+ years Linux system administration
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS, network, IPSec VPNs, and iOS/Android mobile app troubleshooting
