Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for products they support
- Diagnosing and verifying environmental (network/hardware/operating system) issues
- Serving as an escalation point for other members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Some knowledge of writing/analyzing SQL queries, relational databases, and web technologies preferred
- Experience with ERP or supply chain related commercial software products preferred
