Job Summary

A software development has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Deploying bug tracking and feature request logging
• Troubleshooting customer websites using our available tool suite
• Contributing to larger projects that support our vision and the pillars of our department

Required Skills:

• Must submit to a background check confidentially processed by our third-party
• Mid to high proficiency with HTML and CSS and, optionally, Javascript.
• Knack for taking technical language and making it understandable for the general public
• Natural at problem-solving - with a huge range of customers using a complex product
