Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing top call drivers and recommend changes to product, training, and support offerings
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for products they support
  • Diagnosing and verifying environmental issues as it relates to the supported product

Required Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to find solutions
  • Able to review and contribute to the Knowledge Base
  • Ability to investigate complex issues involving code, data, or environmental components
  • Able to provide timely follow-up to customers
  • Some knowledge of writing/analyzing SQL queries
