Job Summary
A testing services company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing level 2 technical phone support
- Participating in the Quality Assurance process of testing application releases
- Investigating system problems and provides solutions using specific product knowledge
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 1-3 years Technical Support experience
- Working knowledge of DSL, Cable, FIOS, Uverse support
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications installation, operation and support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC hardware support knowledge
