Job Summary

A testing services company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing level 2 technical phone support
  • Participating in the Quality Assurance process of testing application releases
  • Investigating system problems and provides solutions using specific product knowledge

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years Technical Support experience
  • Working knowledge of DSL, Cable, FIOS, Uverse support
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications installation, operation and support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PC hardware support knowledge
