Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for products
  • Serving as an escalation point for other members of the support team to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Diagnosing and verifying environmental issues as it relates to the supported product

Qualifications Include:

  • Some knowledge of writing/analyzing SQL queries, relational databases, etc
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to find solutions
  • Able to stay current on evolving product functionality and new releases
