Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product
  • Serving as primary liaison between company and client
  • Conveying customer feedback to product development staff

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 year's work experience is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and JavaScript, including authoring data queries
  • Excellent writing, editing, interpersonal, and communications skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities and logic skills
  • Proficient PC skills used, as required, for testing, troubleshooting, call logging, product configuration
