Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product
- Serving as primary liaison between company and client
- Conveying customer feedback to product development staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
- 1-2 year's work experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and JavaScript, including authoring data queries
- Excellent writing, editing, interpersonal, and communications skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and logic skills
- Proficient PC skills used, as required, for testing, troubleshooting, call logging, product configuration
