Job Summary

A healthcare software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify areas of opportunity to streamline communication and increase standardization to address customer concerns or issues
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, routing them to the correct internal contact

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Technical competency and ability to write simple SQL queries
