Job Summary
A healthcare software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Identify areas of opportunity to streamline communication and increase standardization to address customer concerns or issues
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, routing them to the correct internal contact
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Technical competency and ability to write simple SQL queries
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Help Desk support experience
- Proficiency using computers in an office environment
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
