Job Summary

A cloud-based software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Help build a new operational support function in a company on the forefront of shaping the future of work
• Provide consultative and immediate support to our highly experienced, and extremely talented builder network
• Provide support on projects and initiatives for the Support Team as we grow our operation

Qualifications for this position include:

• 2+ years of experience in software technical support in a customer-facing portal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, monitor the status of issues, and drive resolutions
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
