Job Summary

A cloud-based software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

Help build a new operational support function in a company on the forefront of shaping the future of work
Provide consultative and immediate support to our highly experienced, and extremely talented builder network
Provide support on projects and initiatives for the Support Team as we grow our operation

Qualifications for this position include:

2+ years of experience in software technical support in a customer-facing portal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, monitor the status of issues, and drive resolutions
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
