Job Summary
A provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management services has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions via online messaging and phone
- Support the Product Team by providing insight into enhancement requests, barriers to implementation
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate bugs
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated passion for technology
- Ability to use and learn tools like SQL and Excel to drive analytics and reporting
- Ability to interact with staff/management across multiple departments and levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve
- Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plan
