Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Setting up and maintaining hardware and software including computers, printers, copiers, faxes, scanners, and projectors
  • Receiving, troubleshooting and responding to routine and non routine Help Desk requests
  • Educating end users on how to resolve various hardware and software problems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Willingness to travel up to 5%
  • 2 years' experience in a desktop support environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of an enterprise environment
  • Associates Degree OR 4 years work/military experience in an IT field
  • 2 years' experience / working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
