Job Summary
An IT support and consulting company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Specialist in Arlington.
Must be able to:
- Process, validate, and triage email submitted Incidents and Request from Internal Arlington County employees
- Answer, validate, and triage incoming phone-in Incidents and Request from Internal Arlington County employees
- Review and validate ticket information on self-service ticket submissions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be a High School Graduate or equivalent
- CompTIA A+, Security + or Network + certification HDI Certification a plus ITIL Foundation a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot
