A visual insights platform has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Specialist in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide technical support to customers as well as research participants
- Address all product-related queries in a timely manner
- Train customers to use products effectively
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or have relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- 1-2+ years related experience in customer service or technical support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to occasionally attend calls during off-hours for clients in different time zones
