Job Summary
A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Specialist in Lehi.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring and monitoring remote and in house employee workstations
- Accepting and resolving any helpdesk tickets assigned in a timely manner
- Assisting in establishing or enhancing IT processes and procedures
