A software development company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Strategy and Operations Senior Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support case rates
- Improve overall customer experience through identifying top case driving issues
- Manage key metrics which will measure the effectiveness of the team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years experience in a suite software organization
- 5+ years project management experience in a technical role
