Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Strategy and Operations Senior Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support case rates
  • Improve overall customer experience through identifying top case driving issues
  • Manage key metrics which will measure the effectiveness of the team

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years experience in a suite software organization
  • 5+ years project management experience in a technical role
