Job Summary

A cloud communications company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Voice Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping customers with issues related to calls and voice applications
  • Examining PCAPs, HTTP requests/responses, and application code
  • Exploring historical and real-time data to aid in diagnosing issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
  • 2-4 years experience in a client-facing technical role
  • 2+ years of telecom experience
  • Expert level knowledge of SIP and IP Telephony protocols
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving QoS issues
