Job Summary
A medical systems company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Systems Support Software Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to external customers
- Assist external customers with front line technical questions
- Debug complex computer systems
Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge and professional experience of Relational Database Systems
- Knowledge and experience with Network Operations, Operating Systems, and Server and Desktop Hardware
- Obtain and complete LMS training plan
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- HS Degree
- 2-5 years of experience
