Job Summary

A financial services and technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Talent Acquisition Partner.

Must be able to:

  • Build a diverse talent pipeline in a competitive tech market
  • Drive candidates through the the recruitment process in a timely manner to ensure an exceptional candidate experience

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer
  • Proven success attracting and assessing technical talent
  • A background working both in agency or in-house
  • Familiarity with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS
