A digital healthcare service is filling a position for a Remote Technical Talent Acquisition Partner.
Must be able to:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering teams
- Bring the best talent to each role by creating innovative sourcing strategies
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing a best in class candidate experience
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of tech recruiting experience
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems and data management
- Experience working in a fast paced start-up environment
- Able to actively network and create strong long-term relationships with individuals and organizations
