A data analytics company has an open position for a Remote Technical Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Track and accurately record sourcing results
- Help create and execute a sourcing strategy
- Source and supply recruiters with screened and qualified candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Four or more years of HR, recruitment, sourcing or RPO experience
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or related field
- Previous experience sourcing for technical talent profiles
- Proven ability to identify and engage top talent and differentiate talent levels
- Experience using sourcing tools and techniques
