Job Summary
A blockchain software company has an open position for a Remote Technical Talent Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring managers and owning all aspects of the recruiting process
- Developing a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Managing and improving recruiting and interviewing processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to represent at industry and networking events
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- A track record of hiring elite technical talent
- Demonstrated success implementing innovative ways to attract and retain candidates
- Proficiency using ATS systems and sourcing tools (we use Greenhouse)
