Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Talent Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus hiring technical talent at all levels
- Partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams
- Developing a network of candidates through passive and active sourcing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical hiring
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
