Job Summary
An education platform is in need of a Remote Technical Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Receive escalations and address customer satisfaction issues
- Monitor all open Case activity throughout the workday
- Participate in hiring and staff development as needed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in a professional services organization or technical support/help desk department
- Higher education, especially within programs focusing on technology, computer science, or business administration
- Experience with the oversight, supervision, or management of personnel
- Superior trouble shooting and analytical skills
