Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Team Lead .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Suggesting and driving best practices adoption for monitoring and alerting to improve our SLA
  • Mentoring and supervising a team of up to five engineers
  • Managing cross-team collaboration for better alignment on company-wide initiatives

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years in team technical leadership
  • 5+ years of development experience with Java or Scala
  • Experience with at least one SQL AND one NoSQL database
  • Experience with AWS cloud environment including EC2, ELB, S3, EKS
  • Experience with ETL/ELT data processing pipelines, customer-facing APIs, database technologies, and cloud platforms.
