- Performing training need assessments by collecting information from internal and external sources
- Designing training curriculum for new products
- Facilitating technical partner training sessions, workshops and webinars
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10% travel
- 5 years of technical training experience
- Technical background in Microsoft Infrastructure, Directory, and Messaging technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Window Server architectures and technologies for authorization and authentication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
