Job Summary
A real estate and relocation services company is seeking a Remote Technical Trainer .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conducting needs assessments to support strategic decisions associated with L&D efforts
- Preparing lesson plans as needed to ensure all material is covered in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing regular updates to leadership on the progress of the trainees as well as provides internal consulting to support local learning efforts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Extensive knowledge of the title and settlement services industry
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Commitment to excellence and high-performance standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with training methodologies preferred
- Experience with influencing people via training or management preferred
