Job Summary
A technical education services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Training Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing online interaction with our customers all around the globe
- Troubleshooting assistance for customer issues, integrations and relevant problems
- Training customers for better use in our system, understand application architectures and software integration
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience; advanced degree with no experience; or equivalent combo
- At least 2 Years of experience as Tier2/3 Technical Support
- Proficient English - verbal and written; Highly technical and analytical thinker
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Experience working in the Startup/Hi-Tech industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
