Job Summary
A staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote Technical Workforce Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assigning work that comes into the Prepress team out to 18 + Developers
- Reporting daily status on the tasks assigned
- Identifying bottlenecks in work queues on a daily basis and reassign tasks as necessary
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong ability to work independently and to proactively investigate situations
- Strong math, logic, and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines
- Strong English communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work effectively in situations involving uncertainty, ambiguity or lack of information
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
