A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Writer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Producing high quality software documentation
- Developing and implementing a voice that will be used across company communications
- Editing, clarifying, and proofreading documentation written by others
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with technical writing for cloud devops products, preferably in a start-up environment
- Comfort working in an agile programming environment
- Familiarity with the content and voice needed to engage with the Open Source community
- Developed templates, systems for documentation, and the “jump right in and get it done” attitude
