Job Summary
An insurance claims services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Writer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working closely with engineering, strategy and implementation, training, and account management to create resources to help our customers better understand our products
- Acting as an editor to ensure consistency in training documentation across company
- Producing and maintaining world-class documentation, including: Release Notes, User Guides, Integration Guides, and API Developer Guides
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of technical writing experience
- Ability to gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability
- Ability to monitor metrics on the usage of training materials as well as direct customer feedback to prioritize future training investments
- Demonstrated experience working with content in multiple mediums
- Demonstrated strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process
- Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
