Job Summary

A Swiss-based IT Services and Engineering Solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Writer .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating and developing documentation according to the project or initiative requirements
• Gathering all relevant IT, process, service, and support information from relevant departments
• Escalating issue and log risks where help is required from management

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology or relevant work experience
• Over 2 years of experience working as a technical writer for a global organization
• Experience working in Pharma environment, with CSV documentation and corresponding regulatory requirements
• Coherent and accurate written communication in relation to technical documentation
• Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate well across all levels of the organization
• Excellent English knowledge (spoken and written)
