Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Writer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Doing documentation for an entire product area ensuring new content is produced on time, and that existing content stays up-to-date
  • Driving partner onboarding into our documentation environment
  • Reviewing and editing doc submissions from a small (but growing!) group of external contributors

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working remotely with a dispersed team
  • 3+ years writing documentation for SaaS software products
  • Proficient writing in Markdown
  • Experience using Git workflows
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS
