Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Writer.
Must be able to:
- Participate in regular customer meetings to record technical information for simple translation
- Provide status reporting to project stakeholders including client management and the project team
- Collect and communicate business and technical data and information in simple language
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate's degree in Business, Information Systems/Technology
- Experience with MS Suite to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
- 2 years progressive experience as a Technical Writer and a Technical Project Analyst
- Experience analyzing at the program level down to related individual project tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills are required
