Job Summary
A work management company is in need of a Remote Technical Writer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the process for answering customer questions about general company knowledge
- Continually update knowledge of product features, platforms, functionality, and security
- Maintain a repository of completed RFPs, questionnaires, and follow-up responses
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Word)
- Excellent research skills and the ability to write persuasively and articulately
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position
- Experience in drafting and/or contributing to proposals (RFPs, RFIs, etc.) responses
