Job Summary
A non-profit health care assessment organization is in need of a Remote Technical Writer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participating in strategy meetings with writers and trainers to discuss the roadmap for long-term projects
- Developing Knowledge Base articles and Pendo guides to supplement our standard product documentation
- Collaborating with product and development teams to provide feedback on product features, UI verbiage, and external documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Display integrity and transparency
- Comfortable crafting workflow-based documentation as you are peer-reviewing content and designing lessons for the Learning Center
- 2+ years of technical writing experience in a fast-paced software environment
- Experience working in the Information Governance and/or eDiscovery fields is a plus
- Ability to quickly master the nuances and complexities of our products and rapidly adapt to changes
