Job Summary
An e-commerce provider and online marketplace is seeking a Remote Technical Writer.
Must be able to:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal and external product support documentation
- Maintain and drive improvements to customer-facing documentation in our Help Center
- Set technical writing standards and provide editorial support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Experience planning content creation processes and strategy
- Experience developing and managing technical content creation in the Saas space
- Ability to scope and plan technical writing deliverables based on product plans and specifications
- Experience developing and managing a Help Center
- Ability to write API documentation
