Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist in Portland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Producing & maintaining world-class documentation including: User Guides, Integration Guides, In-Platform Documentation, etc
- Building & maintaining user aids that go beyond traditional documentation: online videos, demos, guided tours & educational techniques
- Learning complex concepts & communicating information in a way that is engaging and understandable by multiple users
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years of full-time work experience directly related to developing technical and/or software product information
- Experience working cross functionally to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process
- Experience working with content in multiple mediums
