- Creating and editing technical and other business documentation
- Conferring with subject matter experts
- Conducting documentation and audience needs analysis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s in a writing-intensive field or experience in an enterprise technology-development environment
- Experience in developing internal business and technical documentation
- Information gathering and interviewing skills
- Experience in capturing and maintaining institutional knowledge
- Comfort with changing dynamic software development situations
- Experience using MS Office Suite
