Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Technical Writer and Video Producer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and maintaining product user guides to include new product features
  • Maintaining known limitations documents based on releases
  • Creating, producing and publishing technical help videos

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workloads with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision
  • 4-year college degree from an accredited university/college
  • Experience with MadCap Flare software
  • Technical background in Microsoft Infrastructure, Directory, and Messaging technologies
  • At least 5 years of technical writing experience, including both written and video production
  • Prior experience with Camtasia video production software
