Must be able to:
- Review knowledge content to ensure that it meets standards
- Analyze various sources of user data and customer behavior research
- Create knowledge content that meets business goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in English, Technical Writing, or related experience (4+ years)
- Proven track record in leading and guiding non-writers to deliver more impactful content
- Excellent structural and style editing, verbal communication, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to produce concise and straightforward copy in support of results-oriented outcomes and timelines
- Familiarity with current SEO principles and experience applying them to knowledge content
- Comfortable with emerging technologies
