Job Summary

A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Technical Writer in Jacksonville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching, writing, and ensuring the accuracy of the content that covers current and future releases of products
  • Gathering relevant information from Product Requirements Documents
  • Collaborating with SMEs as required to gather necessary information for documents

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complicated concepts into content that is accessible to audiences with mixed levels of expertise
  • Experience with publishing software Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe InDesign, RoboHelp, and Word
  • Experience with graphics or photo imaging software
  • Excellent command of English (as a first language)
  • Able to meet rigorous deadlines
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
