A business process automation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Writer in Portland.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating clear, actionable product documentation
- Working cross-functionally to produce and maintain internal and external documentation
- Recommending improvements to our current content
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience writing clear, actionable technical content for cloud-based software
- Have experience writing and publishing articles in Zendesk and Atlassian Confluence, as well as video production
- Demonstrate skills in understanding the user audience and researching technical specifications
- Have experience compiling easy-to-follow, concise, well-formatted information for internal and external audiences
